Application:
The optimal concentration of the solution is determined by the consumer experimentally. The solution is prepared by adding the concentrate to water (with a temperature not exceeding 40 ° C) and stirring until the solution is homogeneous. The concentration range is 1-5%. Before replacing the coolant, Univeco-MDS-01 is added to the machine reservoir at least 8 hours before the planned system draining. For more effective cleaning ensure continuous circulation of the solution in the system. After adding the cleaner, the work is carried out as usual.
Precautions:
CAUTION! Observe the precautions when working with the concentrate. Use rubber gloves, goggles and other personal protective equipment when working with the product. Causes skin irritation, eye contact is moderately irritating. In case of contact with skin and mucous membranes of the eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Consult a doctor if necessary.
Disposal:
Check the pH of the waste solution. If necessary neutralize it to pH 6.8-7.5. Dilute the neutralized solution with water and send it to the treatment plant. The components are biodegradable and non-toxic. The container must be recycled or disposed of as household waste.
Storage and transportation:
Store in a tightly closed container in a dark, dry and cool place at temperatures from 0 ° C to +35 ° C. Keep away from heating devices, separately from drugs and food, out of the reach of children. Transportation is carried out by any means of transport that guarantee the integrity of the original packaging in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods.
Shelf life:
5 years from the date of production when stored unopened. Working solution remain active for up to 30 days.
